This critical review of your organization's asset inventory will drive how you define your folder structure for the PropertyPort application.
• Organization and Loading - After defining the inventory, the Sponsor Direct team can help you load it into the PropertyPort application, where it will be permanently housed and edited as necessary.
• Generate Proposals - From this complete inventory, you can pull key assets and easily build as many proposals as you wish for any prospective sponsor targets.
• Monitor Performance - You'll be able to keep track of important metrics on your proposals - including customizable data points and images. You will also be able to generate ad hoc Recap reports.

The PropertyPort application allows for the manipulation of customizable performance metrics, such as attendance and rate of return, to create reporting on a number of statistics (Expected vs. Actual, Year-over-Year change, etc.). Generating Recap reports can be accomplished as easily as clicking your mouse. A suite of enterprise reports can be placed directly on your desktop within easy reach.
