Sponsor Direct respects and is concerned about our Client's data privacy and security. Therefore, we have instituted policies intended to help ensure that Client's Confidential Information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. Sponsor Direct will never share Client's Confidential Information with any unaffiliated third party unless required to do so by law.

How a Client chooses to share or disseminate information obtained through its use of the SponsorPort system will be governed by the Client's own information privacy policies.

Sponsor Direct reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify this Privacy Statement at anytime.

We Track Your Preferences

The SponsorPort System may use "cookie" technology to keep track of session specific information, such as which users are logged in, or information about viewing options for looking at data. Cookies are data elements sent to the user's web browser that are stored temporarily on the user's computer. Client's privacy statements, including any privacy notices directed at Properties, should alert users of Client's use of the SponsorPort system and that Client-specific cookies are being used.

How We Use Your Information

Sponsor Direct may need to access and review a Client's data or gather information about site usage and aggregate database statistics regarding the Client's installation. Sponsor Direct will use this information for diagnostic purposes, and/or to improve functionality of a Client's site and installation.
