Sales Consultants
Opportunity - The Sales Consultant will be the primary person responsible for lead generation and sales prospecting to help the Company achieve its corporate sales and profit goals. Successful Consultants will be rewarded for meeting these goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet Company Short and Long-Term Sales Goals
- Ensure Profitability of all Sales
- Develop and Maintain Sales Pipeline
- Set-Up and Run own product demonstrations for potential prospects
- In pursuit of meeting Sales Goals, continually identifying new market opportunities for Company growth
Required Experience and Skills
- Sales professional with 5+ years of sales experience with quick close cycles and demonstrated track record of success (examples of specific achievements required)
- Proven track record building long term customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong team player with a high sense of integrity and possesses a passion for the purpose of the business
- Technically savvy and comfortable selling technical applications
- Understands basic marketing terminology and segmentation methods
- Self-motivator with unique drive for success
- Relentless perseverance to find the right prospects
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent prospecting/closing skills; must be willing to work the phones
- Possess a working knowledge of a CRM system
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation
Commission program tied to sales on a per sale basis.
